Two drivers were killed after a Tuesday evening head on collision in Uptown on September 16, 2025 at 8:33 PM.

Police said he was driving northbound when he then drove into oncoming traffic, hitting a black SUV, whose driver was also taken to Illinois Masonic and was in good condition.
