One person killed, one person severely injured near 1026 E 67TH ST in Woodlawn
A driver was killed and a passenger was severely injured after a Thursday early morning head on collision in Woodlawn on May 17, 2018 at 3:47 AM.
The crash occurred near 1026 E 67TH ST, on an undivided road. The posted speed limit was 30 mph. It was dark but with streetlights, the weather was clear, and the roadway was dry. The police report attributed the cause of the crash to traveling the wrong way or on the wrong side; and, secondarily, to exceeding the posted speed limit.

- A 2002 Chevrolet Trail Blazer was heading west and was hit in the front-left. The police report did not have details about the 32-year-old male driver.
