A passenger was killed after a Sunday early morning collision with a fixed object in The Loop on July 19, 2020 at 2:35 AM. 2 other people reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries.

His airbag deployed from the side; he reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries. A 25-year-old male passenger was killed; his airbag deployed from the side. A 25-year-old female passenger reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries; her airbag did not deploy. Two other passengers were uninjured.
Police were notified at 2:35 AM and made a report on scene. This was the 910th injurious crash reported in July 2020, and the 7,232nd injurious crash reported in 2020. It was the 65th fatal crash for 2020.
