One person killed, one person severely injured, and one other person injured near 1168 S CICERO AVE in Austin

A driver was killed and another driver was severely injured after a Thursday morning rear end collision in Austin on September 6, 2018 at 10:05 AM. One other person reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries.
