One person killed near 7757 S BENNETT AVE in South Shore

A driver was killed after a Monday evening collision with a parked motor vehicle in South Shore on December 3, 2018 at 8:12 PM.

The crash occurred near 7757 S BENNETT AVE, on a one-way road. The posted speed limit was 25 mph. It was dark but with streetlights, the weather was snowy, and the roadway was wet. The police report did not specify a cause for the crash.
