A driver and a passenger were killed after a Saturday afternoon turning collision in Bridgeport on October 15, 2022 at 3:45 PM. 3 other people reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries.

He was wearing a seat belt and his airbag deployed; he was killed. An 85-year-old female passenger was wearing a seat belt and her airbag deployed; she was killed.
- A 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was heading north and was hit in the front. The driver, a 21-year-old man, was wearing a seat belt and his airbag deployed; he reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries. A 22-year-old male passenger was wearing a seat belt and his airbag deployed; he reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries. An 18-year-old male passenger was wearing a seat belt and his airbag deployed; he reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries.
Police were notified at 3:46 PM and made a report on scene. This was the 715th injurious crash reported in October 2022, and the 12,666th injurious crash reported in 2022. It was the 104th fatal crash for 2022.
