One pedestrian killed, and one other person injured near 4500 N HAZEL ST in Uptown

A pedestrian was killed after a Sunday afternoon collision in Uptown on April 17, 2022 at 2:54 PM. One other person reportedly suffered non-incapacitating injuries.
